All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically:

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, courier availability, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Courier delays
These delays do not automatically qualify for order cancellation or compensation.
3. Shipping Method
To reduce unnecessary waste and lower our environmental impact, Daniel & Claire London works with trusted international fulfilment partners.
Depending on product availability and destination, your order may be shipped directly from one of our international fulfilment centres.
This efficient fulfilment model allows us to offer a wider collection while reducing excess inventory and unnecessary waste.
For certain destinations, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Parcel weight
- Selected shipping method
The total shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with instructions on how to follow your delivery.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring they are available to receive the parcel if required.
If your courier redirects your parcel to a local collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe specified by the courier.

6. Delivery Responsibility
Once the courier confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
To help avoid delivery issues, please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update the information before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
